⚠️  Important for U.S. Customers 

 

Starting August 29, a new regulation in the United States applies to all international shipments.

 

When your order arrives in the U.S., FedEx will contact you to arrange delivery, and customs will charge an additional fee:

 

📦 10% of the declared value (taxes)

📄 USD 4.5 per shipment or 2% of the value (whichever is higher)

 

For my pieces, this usually means an extra $9.5 to $13.5 to be paid when you receive your package.

 

Please note that this fee is requested directly by U.S. customs at delivery and cannot be prepaid by the sender.

I ship my pieces with Fedex Express and guarantee full tracking for every country I can ship to.

 

Please double-check that your address is correct before your order is shipped. Any packages sent due to incorrectly entered addresses are not refundable.

 

If a package is held by customs, it is usually because the necessary documentation was not provided correctly. For international shipments (excluding the United States), buyers are required to provide an ID number, as it is needed for the shipping form and helps avoid customs delays.

 

Custom policies varies by country and are not something that I have control over. The buyer, is responsible for covering any duties and taxes incurred, due upon the receipt of your order.

 

Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please use your tracking information for updates.

 

Every piece is protectively wrapped in triple bubble wrap to ensure no movement during transit.

 

I do not accept returns or refunds, however, if your item does arrive broken or damaged, you will be able to get a replacement. It’s very unlikely but if your piece/pieces arrive broken or damaged please send me an email at [email protected] or contact me on Instagram/X with some pictures and your order number. I will do my best to resolve this issue for you with a replacement piece.
